Russ Leavitt… President
Russ is one of the principal founders of Timberline. He is a graduate
of Creighton University, which for years has been rated the number one
academic University in the Midwest and among the best in America. The
major emphasis of his work career has been planning, accounting, tax,
audit, budgeting, finance, management information systems, and employee
and business services. Having spent over 20 years in the heavily FCC
regulated debt service industry, Russ has assumed many roles during his
tenure as President and leader of Timberline, exclusively guiding our
direction and growth. This learning experience has enabled him to develop
a broader understanding and expertise in diverse business segments such
as the Cable Service, Telecommunications, and Retail Industries.
Through Russ's guidance, Timberline has established a reputation as a premier
provider of service, capable of assisting at any level in the inbound, outbound,
sales, and customer service processes. Our size provides enough capacity to commit
and grow for the success of any large program and yet remain small enough to be active
in the understanding of program details that enable everyone's success.
Thomas Behm… Executive Vice President
For over 19 years, Tom has been expanding upon his active leadership and management
experience within the teleservices industry. Tom began his career in tele-sales for MCI,
where he quickly worked his way into a sales management position, establishing outstanding success
that resulted in his promotion to call center management for MCI. Tom continued to hone his experience
in management with MCI as Operations Manager, overseeing multiple site locations each exceeding a staff
of more than 400 employees.
Tom has extensive experience and success in managing unit and hourly-based programs.
He believes success begins with proper agent training and evaluating call quality
as a measure of current and future success. His understanding of the industry and
performance based programs enables him to quickly identify and respond to situations
needing attention, ultimately leading to a successful program.
Tom holds a business degree from the University of New Mexico where he attended and
played soccer as a Division 1 scholarship athlete. Many school records set by Tom while
involved in the University of New Mexico Soccer Program still remain. Upon graduating
from U of M, he played several years professionally in what had been the new up-start MISL
professional soccer league. This competitive nature is what drives Tom's career and is
what makes him successful at Timberline.
Cheryl Pignotti… Executive Vice President of Employee Services
Cheryl's 20 years of experience in management and employee development is what
drives her success and knowledge in the field of Human Resources. Cheryl's experience
is critical in providing the tools necessary for the creation and management of the Employee
Services Department for Timberline. Her involvement with a number of Human Resource and Call
Center organizations allows her to remain current on issues and laws that affect the company
and our employees.
Cheryl has played an intricate part in Timberline's growth to the current staff size. She
is responsible for hiring and retaining individuals with the skills needed to bring success
to our clients' programs, as well as enforcing the company's policies in regards to proper
employment practices.
Sara Komen, Corporate Counsel Chief Compliance Officer
Sara is an established attorney, educator, and current member of the Nebraska
Bar Association. Sara is a graduate of Creighton University, received her
Master's degree from Georgetown University, and is a member of the Georgetown University
faculty enrollment board. She completed Law School at Antioch School of Law in Washington, D.C.
Her experiences in law has allowed her to develop a uniquely broad range of
litigation experience, and her talents provide an excellent fit for the many
diverse and growing needs for Timberline, now and for the future.
Sara began her career at Timberline when compliance was still in its early phase
of interpretation. Today, enforcement continues to remain the main focal point
to everyone in the teleservices industry. She is an active member of The American
Teleservice's Association Nebraska Legislative Committee and assists Timberline daily
in all its federal and state compliance efforts. She is also a current board member
of the Midwest Chapter of the American Teleserivces Association (ATA). As Corporate
Counsel, Sara evaluates and reviews all company documents, service agreements, and
commitments made by Timberline.
Adrianne Carson, Regional Sales Manager
Adrianne began her tenure with Timberline in October 2000 as a Process Service
Representative. Adrianne's ability to understand the various systems and programs
led to her advancement into marketing and account management.
Adrianne's extensive knowledge of the company's operations and client services,
as well as her understanding of the industry, enables her to effectively communicate
to clients and determine their needs to provide successful program results.
Mike Kronschnabel, Regional Sales Manager
Mike brings with him over three decades of creative experience, having worked in script
writing, advertising, web content, and TV and Radio production - highlighted by an eight
year run as Executive Producer of an award winning TV series. He has over 25 years of
sales, marketing, and account management experience, including over 10 years of call center experience.
Mike grew up in Omaha and attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha while getting his education in Broadcast Journalism.
Cathy Collier… Client Services Manager
Cathy Collier, Client Services Manager for Timberline, has 13 years experience in the Sales
and customer service industry. Cathy has been with Timberline since 2000, starting as
a Supervisor in Operations and advancing to become Client Services Manager.
Since 1990, Cathy's career has allowed her to gain experience in the telecommunications,
tele-services, and customer services industry. She has experience in launching new programs,
database management, preparation, training, and managing the production of an inbound and
outbound CRM/sales team. Cathy specializes in supporting inbound and outbound customer service,
outbound sales, and Equifax credit scoring. She has extensive knowledge of billing systems,
quality assurance monitoring, and sales program implementation.
